On-the-job Training Studies of Native Chinese Teachers in Eastern Thailand: Career Planning Training and Career Development of Native Chinese Teachers

论文摘要Paper AbstractOn-the-job training for native Chinese teachers is an important way to improve the professional quality of teachers. It is also an important guarantee for the effect of overseas Chinese teaching. How to make an on-the-job training for native Chinese teachers has been a difficult study field  in overseas Chinese teaching. In terms of the on-the-job training for native Chinese teachers in the eastern part of Thailand, the focus is on knowledge and skills training, and there are short training periods. But they are lack of systematic content, single repetition of contents and ineffective evaluation of training effects. Therefore, how to optimize the training plan from the perspective of the career development of native Chinese teachers, and avoid the training of knowledge and skills alone, from "granting to fish" to "learning fishing". Especially "fishing", the teachers who participate in the training can obtain the self-sustained promotion from the perspective of career development, which is the important question that the training organizer needs to study and explore.
