Online Learning and Technology Integration in High Education

论文摘要Paper AbstractOnline learning in recent years has been grow very fast, the proportion of higher education students taking at least one online course has increased steadily over the last decade and research showed that the outcome of an online learning has no difference compared to traditional face to face learning in high education, in addition, study also proved that college courses can use technology to improve access and reduce Costs. However how to best integrate information technology(IT) to improving the effectiveness of online teaching and Learning remains to be discussed. So what should be the IT policy/plan regarding higher education online learning? We might want to focus on two Bs and two Es: Bend the cost to improve the Efficiency; Blend the content to improve Effectiveness.
