Hotel Recommendations

We recommend the following 2 hotels:

Both hotels are near the Newark Liberty International Airport and both have a free shuttle bus to and from the Airport. The hotels can offer our conference attendees a special rate of $85 (single room or double room) and $120 (suite room at Fairfield Inn only) through a travel service (China Express) for a standard room with two beds (if two people share a room, each of them will just pay half) on a first-come-first-served basis. Rooms are limited at the hotels, so please make your reservation at your earliest convenience.

• All guests will be required to pay a deposit $100 upon reservation (excl. 4% service fee if you pay with a credit card. No service fee is you pay with a check made out to China Express.)
• Full hotel fee will be charged on April 25.
• Cancellation before April 25 (including April 25): the $100 deposit will be refunded. 
• Cancellation after April 30 (including April 30): the $100 deposit will be forfeited. 

China Express can also arrange for tours in and around New York City.
