The following are the room locations:

　

1. HW 217: located on the 2nd floor in the Hunter West Building**

2. 3rd floor escalator lobby: located on the 3rd floor of the HW (Hunter West) Building

3. 3rd floor small cafeteria: located on the 3rd floor of the HW (Hunter West) Building across from the escalators near the bridge which connects the West Building and North Building

4. TH 407: located on the 4th floor of the Thomas Hunter Building (which is accessible to the Hunter North Building)

5. TH 408: located on the 4th floor of the Thomas Hunter Building (which is accessible to the Hunter North Building)

6. TH 412: located on the 4th floor of the Thomas Hunter Building (which is accessible to the Hunter North Building)

7. TH 414:located on the 4th floor of the Thomas Hunter Building (which is accessible to the Hunter North Building)

8. TH 502: located on the 5th floor of the Thomas Hunter Building (which is accessible to the Hunter North Building)

　

**Please note that room HW217 will be used for the calligraphy workshop held on Friday, May 11. The rest of the rooms and locations are for the main conference on Saturday, May 12.

In addition, since the TH rooms are located in the Thomas Hunter building (which is connected to the North Building), it is a little confusing as to how to get to the rooms, but during the time of the conference we will set up posters with arrows indicating how to get there. Luckily, the opening ceremony held in the west building is on the 3rd floor, and the 3rd floor bridge connects to the North building (where Thomas Hunter Hall is).
